got back from manchester, had a cuppa tea n mince pies :D then my second pizza of the day lol :D then headed to town - wa1 bands sound checking : ) ey up optional wallace! :D i love that band! headed to the lounge, only toms GF Danielle there nice to be able to say hello to one person anyway! headed to the white hart n had a quick chat with keith he also got standing foo fighters tickets : ) plus radiohead! man i wanna see them but dont wanna pay £50! im even thinking of selling my foos ticket as £50 is a frickin rip off! i really hope the general admission (standing tickets) sell out soon so that mine is worth selling! i headed back to wa1 n met up with the 66 and gave paul glover his print : ) met up wth steve from lymm and matt from optional wallace : ) the crowd wasnt terrible for optional wallace but the band deserved a much better response (as i expected) they were brilliant couldnt stay after the gig though as they had another gig in manchester! wez arrived just as they were finishing cool to catch up with wez again not seen him for ages! new job in preston! : ) .... : ( new iphone too : ) although the internet was very slow on it : ( cool though someone stole our quid off the pool table :( oh well i found it on the floor in jillys anyway! lol drop science were entertaining not the usual wa1 band and not really my taste ey up steve moi, the stocks n the vandahls :D we left just after the 66 finished not a bad night in wa1 for £2! cheers for the drink and company wez we headed for casis pretty quiet! great music upstairs thanks to kyle shame about the rediculously high temperature! strange how it was so hot and then -4C outside! nice to have at least one person to mosh to TOOL with! kyle also played, mushroomhead, kidney thieves, drowning pool, machine head, fear factory, celldweller, and Blink 182? I wanna f*ck a dog! lmao we said our goodbyes and i headed to level to meet sam, nic, phill, gaz and co couple of fights in the street outside as usual pepper spray stinks! phill, sam n nic seemed well drunk lol we headed for reflex michael jackson!!! :D great choice nic wish they could have played MJ and Queen all night! paper parchute guy got his print : ) |
