	met up with Phill the lounge was quiet at first very unusual no pool available :( good opportunity to have a chat though we then went to wa1 also very quiet! very strange for an exile parade night! said our hellos to the stocks : ) went upstairs for the stocks shame about the small and pretty quiet crowd but they put on a great gig good to hear some new songs although it appears they've dropped a couple of their really good songs! next were year long disaster all the way from america! they had a very poor crowd reaction although i thought they were very good and so i showed my support! i thought they were a cross between wolfmother, clutch, pearl jam and a bit of a grungy velvet revolver style sound to them too they had a good stage presence, very characteristic ways of standing and a good variety of beats and riffs a real shame about the crowd! give their myspace a listen! i think you'll agree they rock! exile parade came on and the crowd increased although still quiet compared to usual what was up with the spirit of people tonight! maybe they didnt drink much as they have to save their pennys for christmas! exile parade put on their usual quality show i'm sure they'll get a much better response on the birthday night of the lounge. very cool how the good music continues upstairs nowadays awesome stuff from james brown to michael jackson :D lots of very pretty girls and a great night for dancing! cool to meet up with grant n cat as usual : )
