Again sorry about the lack of good quality photos. Cameras were again frowned upon : (

I was a bit drunk!

Thurs

In the morning we headed to Victoria Underground on the bus, then to Oxford road for Mum n Hevs shopping malarky. I took this opportunity to sod off and walked around for ages looking for something good to do. I found out that the space dome had moved from Tussauds to Greenwich : ( so I walked towards the zoo until I found out how much it costed to get in lol so I just went to the park and chatted to some folk about birds lol.
Had myself a Burger and then caught an earlier than planned train to Oxford which cost me an extra £20. Oops!
I got welcomed to Oxford by a heavy downfall of rain lol and eventually found my rock pub and my first pint!
I changed pub and found some fellow Porcupine Tree fans :D One of which was very drunk and giving away yagermeister! God knows how he smashed his shot glass or whether he got into the gig or not! Simon, Scott and Josh aka Badger, Snipergoat and Welshio off Xbox Live / Last.Fm walked in and we said our hello's. They seemed cool. Younger than I thought though! 18, 18 and 17! Good taste in music though!
Anathema played only a short acoustic set as their drummer was stuck in traffic : ( Hopefully a better performance tomorrow!
Venue was a bit hot and the roof was a bit low, plus too many people and the sound wasnt quite right but Porcupine Tree rocked!
Unfortunately the crowd didnt really move much so I felt too awkward to headband properly but I managed to sneakily take the photos that I've posted above.
Taxi'd to the Travelodge from the gig. I really need a compass lol. Good job the newbie taxi driver knew where he was going. We spoke about inflation lol.
The second Travelodge was nice n cheap plus nice shower.

The Porcupine Tree setlist was roughly:

What Happens Now?
Blackest Eyes
The Sound of Muzak
Lazarus
Nil Recurring
Anesthetize
Waiting (Phase One)
Open Car
Darkmatter
Cheating The Polygraph
A Smart Kid
Way Out of Here
Sleep Together
The Sky Moves Sideways
Halo

Please let me know if it's different.
