we left gem n went parr hall, met up with phill, the stocks, vandahls and black manalishi guys :D
stocks were on first and put on a really good gig
especially liking toms drumming in the new song
second band were shite unfortunately so we just went for more drinks with andy (phills mate with the snazzy jacket) stocks luke n kev vandahl
quick chat in the loo with paul glover and hopefully i can skip uni for his new bands gig in the lounge on tuesday?
vandahls were great as usual
good to hear new guy joe liked em too
all star wa1 turnout in the parr hall was very cool

music was a bit shit for a while but then our favourite dj came on at 12 and played top stuff like tool, incubus, metallica, pantera etc

Phills review

Parr Hall - Friday 26th October
The Stocks: Wow the sound is good in the parr hall! This band has some top tunes... but I cant believe they never played never say never! Stuff very good set from them.
Second Band.....???
The Vandahls: A usual fantastic set. Dave's guitar was LOUD in here! Surprised how many songs they fit into 25 mins. Im still loving the new tune, it has a great bass and drum first verse. Sounding very fresh. The drum intro returns!!! They shud do this at all gigs.
The Cordels: Awesome! Even better in the parr hall than the gig at Wa1 a few weeks back. Of course the final song is still my favourite... really catchy.
China White: Wud have preferred vandahls to close the gig cos its more my type of music, but still was a change with some good beats. They should turn the guitar up though lol
